  1. IPFW is the largest, most comprehensive university in northeast Indiana.
  2. IPFW offers more than 180 programs in which students can earn associate, baccalaureate, and master’s degrees or certificates.
  3. Ninety percent of IPFW faculty have the highest degree in their field.
  4. IPFW offered the first degree in human services in the United States.
  5. More than 8,000 students take advantage of IPFW’s extensive continuing education opportunities each year.
  6. Nearly 80 percent of IPFW’s 40,000 alumni choose to live in Indiana, and half of them stay in northeast Indiana.
  7. Numerous IPFW professors have been awarded Fulbright Scholarships during the past 40 years; three were selected in the 2003–04 academic year alone.
  8. Thirteen high school valedictorians and salutatorians from the class of 2004 chose IPFW.
